What's up fitness warriors ,Coach D here and today I want to introduce you to my newest fitness training program Ka-Yo-Me

 

 ka-yo-me is a total body blend of karate and kickboxing combined with yoga- meditation  and a whole foods plant based diet for the purpose of blending body and breath while balancing essence and energy

 

The primary purpose of the arts is to serve against disease and degeneration ,not against bandits and bullies

The arts are based precisely upon the same forces that lie at the heart of medicine, meditation and yoga

 

 

Martial Arts are simply the yang compliment to the yin arts of medicine and nutrition, and the active physical complement

to the passive spiritual arts of meditation and yoga.

 

 

From the point of view of the three treasures the medical/nutritional arts nourish essence, the martial arts ’martial’ energy

and the meditative arts cultivate spirit
